  • August 2023 : Sole advisor for sale of Anodos Logistics Greece to Sparx Logistics Lebanon.
  • October 2021 : Advisor to COMSYS SA for the investment of 7mln EUR from Elikonos2 fund for 26% of the company stake.
  • September 2021: Majority stake sale of the transportation & logistics firm Athinaiki sa to Food link group.
  • June 2019: Sale of the regional super market chain Vlachodimos (Turnover 20 Mln Eur) to Market In.
  • August 2018: Sale of the logistics firm 3W to SEAGULL Logistics,
  • December 2017: Advisor & broker to the buyer, Mueller family office , for the 9.66% of the listed co MARFIN Investment group., transaction value 11.4Mln Eur.
  • December 2015: Financial advisor to Cooperative bank of Chania LLC for a SCI in cooperation with Investment bank of Greece.
  • Earlier major transactions:
    a. John was one of the advisors to the buyer, Mytilineos group for the acquisition of the Aluminium of Greece 2006
    b. John acted as financial advisor & broker to Rokas family for the sale of 16% of ROKAS Group.
