The company, in the context of its transactions from the online store, is not responsible for further damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of the orders, or from the delay of an execution, for any cause. The online store with the brand name “orioncapital.gr” can not guarantee the availability of the products, but undertakes to inform customers in a timely manner about the unavailability. The customer details are kept by the company only for as long as he/she is a registered member, and are deleted as soon as he/she is deleted as a user or his/her transaction is completed.

6. intentional or unintentional violation of applicable law or regulations,

7. harassment of any third party in any way,

8. collection or storage of personal data about other users.
